Senior Clinic Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Clinic RN to join our team at Providence Health & Service. As a Senior Clinic RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality comprehensive nursing care to patients in an outpatient surgery setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Center's clinical standards.
- Follow professional standards of nursing practice, procedures, and protocols.
- Integrate nursing process in carrying out effective patient care and leadership roles.
- Utilize critical thinking skills, experience, knowledge, and demonstrated competency in patient pre-admission screenings, intra-procedure, and recovery of patients.
Requirements
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- 3 years recent RN experience in an in-patient care or specialty care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework/Training: Training in equipment used within the specialty department.
- Coursework/Training: Training in equipment and instrument sterilization.
- Coursework/Training: Training in sterile technique.
- Certification in specialty (CCRN Certification, CNOR Certification, or CGRN Certification).
