Senior Care Clinic Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Senior Care Clinic team at the University of Washington. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide in-person and phone triage, in-basket management, and perform thorough symptom assessments to develop clinical interventions and plans of care.
- Collaborate with home health and community living providers to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Address problems such as blood pressure management, edema management, foley management, wound care, and IV starts.
- Provide one-on-one teaching on safety issues relevant to seniors, including falls assessment and prevention, and medication administration.
- Active WA State or Multi-State RN License by start date.
- At least 2 years of professional acute care, med-surg, or primary care nursing experience.
