Plant Operator/Maintenance Specialist

Central Stone Company, a leading provider of limestone aggregate products, is seeking a reliable and skilled Plant Operator/Maintenance professional to join our team at our Tennessee plant in the Colchester, IL area. This position may require occasional work at our Carthage, IL location.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
- Operate and monitor heavy equipment and production areas efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine maintenance and pre-shift inspections, and repair or clean equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the plant management team regarding safety, maintenance, and production needs.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Safety-focused mindset and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Self-motivated with a solid work ethic.
