Key Responsibilities:
- Provides education and support for individuals with addiction and in recovery from SUD.
- Develops and implements life skills training programs to promote recovery and well-being.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery and coordination.
- Provides crisis intervention and support services as needed.
- Documents client contact and progress in the Electronic Health Records system.
Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma required.
- Two years of relevant experience in human service delivery.
- Ability to develop positive and productive community relationships.
- Knowledge of DSM-5 and ASAM criteria.
