Recovery Support Specialist

At MBI Health Services, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Recovery Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a vital part of our mission to provide high-quality rehabilitative services and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized recovery plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Teach clients essential skills to manage their illness, including symptom recognition, symptom management, and coping skills.
  • Support clients in crisis situations and provide education and consultation to their families and support systems.
  • Link clients to community resources and services, such as AA groups and recreational centers.
  • Document all services provided and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a human services field preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
