Job Overview

Position Summary

This role entails a variety of responsibilities focused on delivering exceptional service in a corporate environment. The individual will not oversee any direct reports.

Candidates with a background in hospitality and strong customer service skills are highly desirable for this position.

Physical tasks may include moving furniture with assistance, ensuring no item exceeds 50 lbs. Candidates will be responsible for their own parking arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a consistent and high-quality standard of food and beverage service to clients, facilitating the seamless execution of meetings and events.

Prepare and dismantle conference rooms in accordance with event specifications while upholding cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment, and meeting spaces.

Assemble and organize conference materials as required for various events.

Manage the breakdown of conference setups at designated times.

Perform office maintenance tasks, including trash disposal, cleaning, and restocking supplies in kitchens and pantries.

This role may also involve clerical duties such as reception tasks, copying, mail handling, and managing incoming and outgoing shipments.

This position reports to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager based on the organizational structure.


• Provide outstanding and professional service to clients at all times.


• Coordinate meeting rooms and events effectively.


• Train team members on their respective duties and responsibilities.


• Set up and break down conference rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, and other equipment, as well as preparing catered items.


• Perform general service duties for food and beverages.


• Adhere to hygienic food and beverage handling practices.


• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and event areas as directed.


• Manage the hospitality calendar and welcome clients and guests.


• Conduct regular checks of conference rooms (adjusting chairs, cleaning tables, restocking supplies, etc.).


• Set up and organize flip charts, whiteboards, and cork boards.


• Prepare and dismantle food service setups for meetings and events.


• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment, including coffee machines and refrigerators.


• Load dishwashers with used items.


• Monitor inventory for supplies and food items for kitchens and conference areas.


• Perform occasional cleaning duties in the office or building, including trash removal and floor maintenance.


• Carry out clerical tasks such as distributing office supplies and managing mail deliveries.


• Execute additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


• High school diploma or GED is required.


• 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality and office settings is preferred.


• A valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage may be necessary.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.


• Basic proficiency with computers and office equipment.


• Commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.


• Ability to follow instructions accurately.


• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
