SUMMARY:

  • We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. You will work closely with UX designers, strategists, developers, & account/ project management, to create visually engaging designs that improve user experience and meet business goals


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, strategists, and developers, to create user-centered designs
  • Design responsive user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
  • Translate user research and business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs
  • Ensure consistency of visual elements and contribute to the development of a design system
  • Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills across various platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) and how designs translate into code (a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience working in agile or iterative development environments
