UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to contribute to the development of innovative digital products. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences through research, wireframing, and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior, pain points, and preferences.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that demonstrate effective interaction designs.
  • Information Architecture: Develop and structure the content and navigation of the product to enhance user experience.
  • Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to identify and solve potential usability issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure designs are implemented to meet user needs and product requirements.
  • Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing results to continuously improve the product.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.
  • UI/Visual Design: Collaborate with UI designers to ensure that UX strategies are visually cohesive and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and offer an inclusive experience for all users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, or other digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including user research, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working on cross-platform digital products (web, mobile, tablet).
  • Experience in data-driven design and analytics.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest UX trends and tools.
