SUMMARY:

  • We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research, and crafting intuitive, engaging, and efficient digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, account/ project management, and other designers, to ensure the delivery of seamless user journeys across all platforms


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior, pain points, and preferences
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that demonstrate intuitive and effective interaction designs
  • Information Architecture: Develop and structure the content and navigation of the product to enhance user experience
  • Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to identify and solve potential usability issues
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure designs are implemented to meet user needs and product requirements
  • Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing results to continuously improve the product
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints
  • UI/Visual Design: Collaborate with UI designers to ensure that UX strategies are visually cohesive and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and offer an inclusive experience for all users


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, or other digital platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including user research, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Experience with usability testing and user research methods
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working on cross-platform digital products (web, mobile, tablet)
  • Experience in data-driven design and analytics
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest UX trends and tools
