We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our OCX Media team at Kyowa Kirin. As a key member of our Commercial Organization, you will be responsible for facilitating the execution of media processes, measurement, and capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of annual brand media plans, social media planning, tactic selection, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with media AORs and social media AORs to review tactical plans and content development.
- Ensure the day-to-day governance of social media, ensuring processes and policies are respected.
- Translate strategy into actionable ideas and actions, partnering with the OCX Brand team to expand communications planning influence.
- Support strategic positioning, segmentation initiatives, audience targeting, and holistic program planning and communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all media activation, processes, and reporting needs.
- Champion the compliant use of data and conversion of data into actionable insights to drive customer experiences.
- Regularly gather internal customer and external industry feedback to improve and enhance media offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital Marketing required, Master's degree in Marketing preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical/life science, OTC, DTC/HCP, Agency experience in Digital & Omnichannel Marketing / Operations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Veeva Commercial Cloud, Google Analytics, Social & Paid Media Management, Commercial Data solutions.
