Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team at AmeriServ Trust and Financial Services Co. As a key member of our loan administration department, you will be responsible for processing new loans, maintaining existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new loans by entering required information into our core system and associated applications.
  • Maintain existing accounts by performing modifications, payment corrections, and processing loan fees.
  • Research and correct servicing errors and un-posted items.
  • Prepare new loans and maintenance for imaging and indexing.
  • Calculate payoffs and interest calculations.
  • Act as a backup to other Commercial Servicing Associates and assist CSRs during peak periods.
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring financial information, risk management, and compliance ticklers/fields.

Requirements:

  • High School/GED or better.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
