Customer Service Associate/Loader

Job Summary:
Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate/Loader to assist customers with loading merchandise into their vehicles and replenishing shelves. This role requires strong communication skills, physical ability to lift and move merchandise, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Load merchandise into customers' vehicles and replenish shelves to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience using a computer and common retail technology.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
