We are in search of a Merchandising Strategy Specialist I to join our dynamic Merchandising team. Reporting directly to the Strategic Merchandising Manager, this pivotal role will spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative merchandising strategies aimed at enhancing product offerings, optimizing sales potential, and delivering exceptional value to our clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Merchandising Strategy Specialist I will:
  • Oversee incoming sales inquiries through our internal ticketing system.
  • Support the sales team and enhance customer experience by providing unique and relevant product recommendations that position Merchology as a leader in premium brands and trending merchandise.
  • Collaborate with established brand and supplier partners to devise solutions for customer needs.
  • Develop custom product bundles to present options for prospective clients.
  • Update the website with new products as required for customer opportunities.
  • Augment a customer's existing Merch Solutions company store by expanding their product range.
  • Assist the Merchandising team in curating the Merchology Product Showroom to highlight seasonally relevant and new products in preparation for client visits.
  • Work alongside the Strategic Merchandising Manager to provide training for colleagues and clients.
  • Undertake additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, apparel, or fashion merchandising preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least one year of experience managing administrative tasks related to eCommerce, branding, and merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn and navigate various digital platforms; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Shopify, and HubSpot is advantageous.
  • Creativity, confidence, and the ability to work independently while fostering relationships through cross-functional projects.
