Position: Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician (Field or Shop)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $25-$38 per hour
Working Hours: 7am-6pm M-F, with potential for overtime and weekend hours
Join our team at Talent Strategy as a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and safety of various crane systems, including mobile cranes and boom trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting on hydraulic and lattice cranes
- Exhibit the ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- Conduct comprehensive annual inspections
- Accurately complete work reports and documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician
- Expertise in handling various brands of mobile crane equipment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (for field role)
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service
