Executive Chef Job Description

At Stanford Hotel Group, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of kitchen staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to provide high-quality food and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
