Job Description: As a Hardware Engineering Manager in our Space Systems Department, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of engineers, designing, building, testing, and operating cutting-edge satellite technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the personnel and guide programmatic efforts within the Space Hardware team.
  2. Guide the professional development and career planning of Space Hardware engineers.
  3. Collaborate directly with project, product, and technical leads to understand scope of work.
  4. Ensure compliance with legal regulations, security standards, and company policies.
