Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Director to lead our hardware quality and compliance engineering team.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring our hardware products meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management strategies to enhance hardware product quality.
  • Drive process improvements and cultural change within the cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Design Engineering to address quality concerns and provide technical insights.
  • Represent hardware quality in customer-facing engagements and ensure alignment on quality standards.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field required or equivalent military experience.
  • 15+ years progressive experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
Estimated Salary: $231,000 - $317,000 per year
