Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Customer Experience and Business Process Improvement to join our team at Airgas Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer experience and business process improvement initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer experience and business process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure process performance and customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and training to employees on process improvement methodologies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and business process improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in customer experience and business process improvement
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
