We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Customer Experience and Business Process Improvement to join our team at Airgas Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer experience and business process improvement initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer experience and business process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and implement metrics to measure process performance and customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching and training to employees on process improvement methodologies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and business process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in customer experience and business process improvement
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
