Job Description:

SITE Technologies seeks a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting various functions within human resources, ensuring the company can attract, retain, and engage top talent.

The successful candidate will support all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, and compliance. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, supporting managers in addressing employee issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Assisting in developing job descriptions.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintaining employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Supporting the administration of company benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, 401K plans, and time off policies, ensuring employees understand their options.
  • Assisting employees with the leave of absence process, managing relevant documentation and answering employee questions.
  • Supporting compensation administration activities including preparation of documentation and completing data updates to the company's HR system.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while helping to develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the implementation of the company's performance management process and employee performance improvement needs.
  • Generating reports and analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and track employee performance metrics.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field plus 2-4 years of experience as a human resources coordinator/specialist or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • An understanding of and prior work experience creating and following HR operations processes.
  • A strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Google Suite.
  • Effective planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Salary:

$62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.
