We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Colorful Minds ABA in Chicago, IL. This is a full-time position that reports directly to the CEO and plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with state and federal laws, managing payroll, and fostering positive employee relations.

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will oversee the Center Recruiting, ensuring that recruitment goals and KPIs are met, and will manage a variety of employee needs, including but not limited to, mileage reimbursement, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

This role requires strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, as well as experience in payroll administration and HRIS systems.

$80,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Full Cycle Recruiting: Managing the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company's staffing needs.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensuring that all HR practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Employee Relations & Development: Serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including day-to-day concerns, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and attendance management.
  • Benefits Administration: Managing the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • HR Reporting: Preparing and presenting various HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics, to the CEO and other senior leaders on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in healthcare or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in payroll administration and HRIS systems.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality.
