**Job Overview:**

This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand business needs for open positions, identify priority roles, prepare job descriptions, and tailor sourcing efforts to generate robust candidate pools.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements for open positions
  • Identify priority roles and prepare appropriate job descriptions
  • Build candidate pipelines and outreach campaigns using advanced sourcing techniques
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate phone screens
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to provide favorable impressions of the company, culture, and open position

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience with a proven track record of recruiting high-quality candidates and filling hard-to-fill roles
  • SHRM or HRCI designation strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage the full spectrum of talent acquisition
  • Expertise in assessing and evaluating candidate profiles

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year
