We are seeking a skilled Manager, Price Strategy to join our Growth and Strategy organization at KPMG. This role will be responsible for defining, developing, and overseeing alternative fee arrangement programs aimed at transitioning the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field, with a proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed. They will also have experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function, with a demonstrated leadership career path acceleration.

The Manager, Price Strategy will lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies. They will work closely with Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization to align function and service unit leadership with strategic plans and processes.

The successful candidate will have proficiency in at least two or more of the following consulting areas: service pricing strategy development, scenario planning, CRM or CPQ implementation support, operational and performance improvement, or other relevant pricing experience.
