Job Title: Field Service Representative

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, ensuring the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with customers daily to build, cultivate, and maintain superior customer relationships.
  • Prepare medical equipment for patient use, including disinfection, quality control testing, and transportation to and from customer locations.
  • Utilize company-provided vehicles to travel to customer locations within assigned geographic areas.
  • Execute transactions and capture transactional data for company record-keeping using computer or other company-issued electronic equipment.
  • Obtain and evaluate information regarding service and product inquiries, providing prompt responses and follow-up as needed.
  • Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies, locating missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field.
  • Current, valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedules, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and iO applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as time management and prioritization skills.
