Sales Agronomist Job Description

Gpac is partnering with a leading Ag client that prioritizes employee growth and success. As a Sales Agronomist, you will play a crucial role in their Agronomy department and contribute to the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current growers and prospect new clientele
  • Sell chemical, fertilizer, and seed products to meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with agronomic technology and provide recommendations to clients
  • Collect and analyze soil/tissue samples to inform agronomic decisions
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven individual
  • 1+ years of sales experience in an agronomy-related role (preferred)
  • Agronomy/Agriculture degree (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary of $60,000-$85,000 DOE plus bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K
  • Company-provided cell phone, laptop, and vehicle
