Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the City of Hopkins, MN. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Community Services Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare various documents, including applications, forms, licenses, and permits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, events, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and other materials.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
