We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data analysis and entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets using Excel
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
  • Accounting associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
