Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Christus Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and make reservations as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages as required.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate program or associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience, depending on level of education.
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification or Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) preferred.
