Key Responsibilities
As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our restaurant's daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the performance and execution of our team members, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly while providing an outstanding experience for our patrons. You will also have the chance to spearhead in-house marketing efforts and manage our customer loyalty initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the industry, including knowledge of labor regulations, health standards, safe food practices, responsible alcohol service, and operational security measures.
- Educational background and experience are vital. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with any necessary food handling and alcohol service certifications. Candidates with a bachelor's degree, two years of restaurant experience, and/or one year in a management role will be given preference.
