Our accomplished and supportive team comprises Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, specializing in various disorders including Neurological, Orthopedic, Pelvic Health, and Pain Management. We work in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
The Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist is an experienced professional who is adept at evaluating and developing treatment plans for complex patient cases across various age groups and diagnoses. This role involves:

  • Actively participating in multidisciplinary team discussions to recommend appropriate treatment strategies.
  • Serving as a clinical mentor to less experienced therapists, providing guidance on complex clinical scenarios.
  • Supervising the patient care activities of interns and assistants, and functioning as a Clinical Instructor.
  • Contributing to program development and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Engaging in clinical teaching and presenting educational in-services.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to develop and document realistic, measurable treatment goals.
  • Proficiency in evaluating patients and making informed clinical decisions.
  • Capability to adapt treatment programs based on evolving clinical needs.
  • Knowledge of ethical standards and regulatory compliance in clinical practice.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
  • CA Physical Therapist license.
