Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships
  • Mentor and train sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales training and development programs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on capital equipment sales and customer relationships

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
