Avis Rent a Car-Rapid City is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Claims Department. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for processing claims and working closely with our team to ensure smooth operations.
Job Description:
• Process claims and documents accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in administrative support role, preferably in a claims processing environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with others.
• Familiarity with MS Office, specifically Excel, and data entry software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
