Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional legal services to clients, including representation in immigration court and preparation of immigration-related documents.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changes in immigration law and policy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for client success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in immigration law, with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience.
  • Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues who speak Spanish as a primary language.
