Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Butler Hospitality Co. in Queens, NY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all recipes, plating, and cooking techniques set by brand standards.
  • Produce food within ticket time requirements and adhere to all local sanitation laws.
  • Aid the culinary team with additional tasks as requested by the property manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of standard portion sizes, cooking techniques, and overall kitchen etiquette.
  • Ability to stand and work an 8 hour shift.
  • Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
