Your Impact:


As an On-Site Equipment Specialist, you will be dispatched daily to deliver a range of services including cleanroom, biological safety cabinet, fume hood, and pharmacy certification, as well as calibration of laboratory instruments. Your responsibilities will expand as you advance in your career.

Your Responsibilities:


- Conduct testing, certification, calibration, and repair services across various laboratory environments and equipment at client locations and/or in shop facilities.
- Engage directly with clients to comprehend, discuss, and fulfill their requirements.
- Foster and enhance client relationships, serving as the primary in-person representative of the company.
- Complete all necessary documentation and administrative tasks associated with assigned responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- Hourly wage starting at $26.50
- Sign-on bonus of $1,000 (distributed as $500 after 90 days and $500 after 6 months)

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred.
- Relevant customer service, mechanical, and/or electrical experience is advantageous.
- A combination of education, training, and related experience may fulfill requirements.
Skills and Abilities:

- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving aptitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic mathematical knowledge, including geometry and algebra.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.


While performing the duties of this position, employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Employees are frequently required to sit, talk, or listen, and may need to reach with hands and arms.

Occasional requirements include standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and sensory activities such as tasting or smelling.

Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
