Senior Contract Administrator

As a Contracts Administrator at Rain for Rent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our contract agreements. Your primary responsibility will be to review and administer customer contract agreements and purchase orders, identifying and mitigating contractual risks. You will also be responsible for negotiating contract agreements, reviewing and updating existing contracts, processing contract renewals, and maintaining contract database and spreadsheet files. Additionally, you will provide internal customer service to our 60+ branches across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review customer contract agreements and purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks to minimize potential losses and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Administer and negotiate contract agreements to ensure fair and equitable terms for both parties.
• Review and update existing contract agreements to reflect changes in company policies or procedures.
• Process contract renewals and ensure timely completion of all contract-related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract database and spreadsheet files to facilitate easy access to contract information.
• Provide exceptional internal customer service to our branches across the US and Canada, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, negotiation, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Proficiency in contract management software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
