Job Description

As a Construction Contract/Risk Administrator Assistant at AppleOne, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration and execution of contracts for both prime and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will also include assessing and mitigating risks associated with these contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Prepare accurate and error-free contract templates, collaborate with subcontractors to resolve contract issues, and finalize agreements.
  • Contract Tracking: Monitor subcontractor contract status, licensing, and insurance compliance.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support to the estimating department, including bid bonds, insurance verification, and pre-qualification packages.
  • Contract Drafting: Draft and issue prime contracts to clients via DocuSign, and prepare and issue subcontractor contract drafts and exhibits via DocuSign.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate project closeouts by drafting notices of completion, obtaining warranties, O&M documents, and as-builts.
  • Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of contract administration experience in the construction industry, basic understanding of construction processes and terminology, and strong reading comprehension and analytical skills to interpret contract terms and legal language.
