Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our EH&S Department at Wm Bolthouse Farms Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the EH&S team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the EH&S team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
- Assist with record keeping, file maintenance, and compliance deadline tracking.
- Process invoices, check requests, and purchase orders for department personnel.
- Distribute mail, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule meetings.
- Record and track applicable meeting minutes for the department.
- Assist in disseminating EHS information throughout the company.
- Coordinate and participate in EH&S trainings.
- Process and track hazardous waste manifests, pressure vessel certifications, air permit reporting, DOT compliance reporting, and irrigated lands regulatory program reporting.
- Send out and receive contracts from contractors as it relates to the EH&S department.
- Update electronic databases regarding employee training and EH&S compliance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an administrative field.
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience within APCD, RWQCB, EPA, DOT, DTSC, Environmental Health arenas is a plus.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
