Mental Health Specialist

Therapeutic Health Services (THS) is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our WISe program. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, group counseling, and community support services to clients
- Conduct intake interviews and assessments, collecting and processing psycho-social data
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes
- Manage a caseload of active clients, meeting productivity requirements
- Perform work according to established THS policies and procedures
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
- Substance Use Disorder Professional/Trainee certification
- Experience working with diverse populations, including outreach, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Current Washington State Counselor credential or professional licensure
- Competitive salary range: $68,000-$70,000 per year
