About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Associate to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a key member of our inpatient unit, you will work closely with other caregivers to provide patient care and support in a variety of job duties.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support in a variety of job duties under the direct supervision of the Social Work Supervisor, RN, or the Mental Health Professional.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year in an acute or residential inpatient psychiatric facility in a similar role. Applicable internship or practicum experience may be applied towards required years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an adult psychiatric environment.
