Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Associate to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a key member of our inpatient unit, you will work closely with other caregivers to provide patient care and support in a variety of job duties.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care and support in a variety of job duties under the direct supervision of the Social Work Supervisor, RN, or the Mental Health Professional.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care.
- Contribute to a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
- H.S. Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year in an acute or residential inpatient psychiatric facility in a similar role. Applicable internship or practicum experience may be applied towards required years of experience.
- Adult inpatient psych unit: experience in an adult psychiatric environment.
