Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with various locations throughout the recruitment process, emphasizing roles in manufacturing and warehouse settings. Your role will involve crafting, implementing, and dynamically adjusting recruitment strategies in partnership with local hiring teams to meet staffing objectives while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Build a comprehensive talent database using effective sourcing techniques, including referrals and the applicant tracking system.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain connections with qualified candidates and share relevant content related to our talent brand.
  • Recruitment Events: Organize and participate in recruitment activities such as job fairs and college recruitment events. (60%)
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Conduct intake sessions to understand recruitment needs, develop effective strategies, and ensure compliance with screening techniques. (20%)
  • Data Management: Keep requisition data updated and communicate progress to HR and hiring managers. (10%)
  • HR Collaboration: Work with local HR teams to facilitate a seamless transition through various recruitment stages. (10%)
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Human Resources certifications are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday.
