About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Anisa International. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our global communication strategies and enhancing our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive global communication strategies to support corporate objectives and elevate visibility for Anisa International and Anisa Advocacy.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across all platforms.
  • Lead global press communications, develop media relations strategies, and coordinate with external PR teams to secure earned media placements.
  • Oversee all internal and external corporate communication materials to ensure they are in line with the CEO/COS vision.
  • Drive the development of marketing content and sales materials that cater to a global audience.
  • Support the CEO in developing compelling copy specifically tailored for the Anisa Beauty Brand, to be utilized across various platforms and channels, including videos and digital content, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging.
  • Oversee and enhance both Anisa International's and the CEO's social media platforms, ensuring that all content aligns with and reinforces overarching corporate messaging and strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute a tailored social media strategy for Anisa International and the CEO that effectively engages key audiences and amplifies the company's reach.
  • Monitor engagement and adapt strategies to maximize impact, maintaining a cohesive and influential online presence for Anisa International and the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years in communications or marketing, with a preference for experience in public relations and international engagements.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to forge strong connections via social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and cultural nuances, essential for global operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Box, NetSuite, and Monday, along with experience in using social media management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
