About the Job

We are seeking a Member Experience Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness. This role is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides exceptional customer service to members, prospective members and guests.
  • Handles all front desk related activities including answering phones in a friendly manner, assisting callers with various questions, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, taking prospective members on tours and facilitating needed updates to member's accounts.
  • Responds to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, elevating to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $38,240 based on an hourly wage of $18.30. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, employee discounts, free uniforms, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, training & development, vision insurance, and wellness resources.
