Position Overview:

This role collaborates closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to formulate and implement comprehensive social media strategies for various properties, dining establishments, and events across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will serve as an enthusiastic and knowledgeable representative of the brand, engaging both internally and externally.

Due to the nature of the role, occasional weekend and evening availability will be necessary to fulfill responsibilities.


Social Media Responsibilities:
  • Manage Social Media Channels
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Director to devise strategies for all properties and dining venues, aligning with social calendars and revenue objectives.

Supervise the Social Media Manager to ensure effective execution of strategies and channel oversight.

Plan and schedule posts in advance, ensuring comprehensive coverage for each property and venue. Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility for the hotels, restaurants, and experiences offered.

Conduct research, curate, and craft authentic content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.

Capture, select, and curate visually appealing and on-brand posts.

Attend events at properties to provide real-time coverage, which may include weekends.

Engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates authentically.

Monitor, respond to, and escalate online discussions as necessary. Brainstorm and implement innovative content ideas.

Optimize posting schedules and frequency to maximize engagement and impact, including leveraging paid promotions.



Reporting:

Generate monthly reports detailing social media growth.

Provide monthly customer service reports highlighting key feedback for each property.

Proactively communicate challenges, opportunities, and insights to enhance performance.

Regularly share insights from social media monitoring with the marketing team to ensure cohesive outreach across web, public relations, and event marketing.


Ideation:

Research emerging social media and digital platforms, providing constructive feedback.

A creative eye with skills in photography and videography is highly valued.
