Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant will deliver administrative support to the sales and marketing development teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide diverse administrative support functions for Marketing and Sales Development personnel, including:
- Manage team calendars and facilitate scheduling and preparation for all-team meetings.
- Order meals and promotional items as required and may run event-related errands as necessary.

- Oversee vendor invoices, track payments, and monitor budgets for events.

- Manage and order marketing and sales supplies, maintaining an updated directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinating the creation of new materials as needed.

- Maintain a comprehensive competitive comparison library for all product categories.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
- Compile, format, and summarize information, graphs, and presentations as needed.
- Help manage the company's social media presence and generate unique ideas to enhance engagement.
- Support additional general tasks as directed.

Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Graphic design experience is required; proficiency in Adobe CS Suite is preferred.
- Knowledge of Website CMS (content management system) is a plus.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Must be able to perform activities including bending, stooping, standing, and walking.
- Stand and walk for two (2) to four (4) hours per day.
- Climb stairs two (2) to four (4) times per day.
- Operate common office equipment, such as PCs, phones, copiers, printers, and faxes.
- Work in an office environment and occasionally in a climate-controlled factory.
- Travel occasionally by various means of transportation.

Work Hours
- Flexible start time, typically from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
