About the Role

The Restaurant Operations Manager is a key member of the Ampler Pizza I team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct a team to achieve sales and profitability goals, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and restaurant cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals, adhering to our Customer Service Standards.
  • Prepare and ensure that all colleagues prepare consistent, high-quality products that meet our standards.
  • Achieve and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, adhering to local government regulations.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate colleagues to ensure a productive and efficient team.
  • Develop and implement effective labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections to maintain restaurant efficiency.
  • Manage all financial responsibilities with integrity, including cost control and inventory management.
  • Implement local store marketing events and in-store promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, OSHA regulations, and EEOC requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a management role, preferably in a quick-service restaurant.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math skills.
  • Strong management, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building, and cost control.
  • Ability to work a varied, 50-hour workweek under pressure and in stressful situations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily banking and other responsibilities.
  • Meet Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza I Background Verification guidelines.

Working Conditions

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be scheduled to work approximately 50 hours each week. This role requires a hands-on style of management and physical work, including lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods of time.
