  • Supervising cleaning personnel and coordinating their activities.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of offices, restrooms, and laboratories on a daily basis.
  • Performing floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
  • Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality standards as outlined in the Custodial Log Book.
  • Operating cleaning equipment, including buffers and vacuums.
  • Maintaining inventory records of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Providing training and guidance to new team members.
Physical Requirements
This position involves light to medium lifting and the use of various cleaning tools and chemicals. The work environment is typically indoors, with temperatures ranging from 70 to 80 degrees. Candidates should be prepared to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits
