Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the annual fund through ticket sales, fundraising, and donor engagement.
- Cultivate and solicit donations from current and prospective donors, utilizing a consultative approach to build strong relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of donors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication.
- Collaborate with the General Manager of Revenue Generation to develop and implement a holistic strategy to grow revenue across multiple sports.
- Develop and execute premium hospitality engagement strategies for all home sporting events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Wichita State Athletics Department staff and leadership.
- 4+ years of experience in sports ticket sales or athletics ticket fundraising, with 1 year of managerial experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sports Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in fundraising and revenue growth, with a strong understanding of donor behavior and motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
