Deputy Director of Training and Clinical Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director of Training and Clinical Services to join our team at William Temple House. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Training and Counseling and contributing to the development and implementation of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Training and Counseling in the development and implementation of training programs for interns and staff.
- Facilitate group and individual supervision to interns, shadowing interns, and providing support on-site and virtually during client crisis.
- Contribute to the management of our training programs, including evaluating and adapting long-term strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and other partners to support our training programs.
- Supervise and develop qualified, professional counselors and graduate-level psychology students.
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field with minimum five years of equivalent experience.
- Licensed LPC, LMFT or LCSW with minimum two years of experience as a clinician in either private practice or an agency setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse individuals through collaborative leadership, motivational, team-building and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of professional legal and ethical standards coupled with clinical wisdom and judgment necessary to insure safety of professionals, clients, and the organization.
- Ability to implement and maintain State and Federal regulations regarding counseling students.
- $33 to $40 per hour based on skills and experience (min 32 hours per week).
