Key Responsibilities:
The Strategic Account Executive will spearhead the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives for PNC products.
This pivotal role involves:
- Leading the development and implementation of the Strategic Customer Plan for PNC.
- Serving as the primary liaison between the customer and PNC, overseeing business forecasting, reporting, and essential documentation.
- Achieving sales targets and managing trade expenditures by promoting approved PNC programs.
- Collaborating with the Category Insights Team to enhance the PNC/Walmart partnership through regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers to ensure long-term success for PNC.
- Continuously evaluating customer objectives and working with senior leadership to optimize sales strategies.
- Negotiating key agreements that align with PNC's strategic vision and financial goals.
- Engaging with various internal departments to ensure alignment and support for the Customer Plan.
- Creating comprehensive annual Account Plans, including sales forecasts and promotional calendars.
- Identifying customer needs and customizing plans to maximize growth opportunities.
- Participating actively in the Sales Team by sharing best practices and collaborating with fellow sales managers.
- Managing travel and company resources responsibly.
